    I studied Media Management at the Rhein Main University of Applied Scienes, Wiesbaden, specialising in Marketing and Product Management. In the past 15 years I have been working with worldwide established Artists and brands.

    Throughtout my career, I have constantly developed my professional expertise in the music industry, focussing on Project- and Eventmanagement.

    For me the key to being successful is to love what you are doing, and my deep passion for music is what still drives and inspires me the most. My goal is to share knowledge, celebrate artists and their work, and to help them with their professional careers.

    In 2020 I started my own music management and digital marketing agency to help artists with their professional career in the music industry, offering a wide spectrum of administrative, creative and strategic advice. Since then I worked with Jazz Keyboarder Matti Klein and Award Winning Producer Robot Koch.

    Factory Berlin - Event Management

    Factory Berlin is a creative hub for entrepreneurs and start ups located in the heart of Berlin. Besides the coordination of various corporate events I was part of the main team that organized and executed a 3-Day Hackathon with more than 700 participants. The event took 4 months of preparation and included panel discussions, workshops, live streaming, multimedia installations and 24hrs catering service.

    At Pyrexx, a service provider for the housing industry and manufacturer of smoke alarms, I was responsible for the event management of various company appearances at international exhibitions and national association conferences. I was also leading the marketing team and overlooked the creation of press releases, advertorials and other promotional initiatives in print and online media.

    Ed Motta Perpetual Gateways Tour Management

    Ed Motta - EU Tour Management

    As tour manager for the afro-brazilian jazz, funk and soul singer/songwriter Ed Motta, I was planning and executing the European leg of the “Perpetual Gateways” album release tour, including pre-production, travel logistics, artist management and merchandise sales coordination. The tour included concerts at X-Jazz Festival Berlin, Jazz meets World Festival in Prague, Jazzfestival in Basel and more.

    ENTER. Ibiza Project Management

    ENTER. was envisioned by the electronic music pioneer Richie Hawtin. The immersive event series first started in Ibiza and continued to take place around music festivals all over the world. I was leading multiple projects, varying from the production of the promotional assets, overseeing the social media campaign to on-site artist relationship management.

    CNTRL: Beyond EDM - Project Management

    CNTRL, a groundbreaking North American college tour, combined educational daytime lectures on music technology in some of the leading universities and colleges, followed by an evening of electronic music with Richie Hawtin, Loco Dice and their touring guest DJ's. The tour took place in over 15 cities across the eastern part of North America. I was in charge for the logistics of the lectures as well as media coordination and artist relationship management.

    As Tour Manager for Plastikman 1.5, a state of the art live a/v show, I looked after a crew of 10 to 15 persons at large-scale events all over the world. Together with the artist’s booking agency and the local promoters, I planned and organized the shows including setup and sound check, looked after equipment logistics and arranged all the necessary paperwork.

    In 2008, Matthew Dear was touring with his Singer/Songwriter project as opening Act for Hot Chip throughout the UK. The tour went from Portsmouth all the way up North to Glasgow and concluded with a special show at London’s Brixton Academy on November 29th. As Tour Manager, I advanced the tour production including travel and accommodation planning, equipment rentals, and merchandise sales.

    Running the label with my partners Dorian Paic and Olaf Zern, I was managing the promotion and distribution of the physical and digital releases. I also set up the label social media channels and coordinated the "10 Years of Raum...Musik" Anniversary tour throughout Germany.

    During my internship at Nike, I was part of the Nike Sportswear marketing team. Besides the organization of the fashion exhibition Bread and Butter in Berlin and Sneakerness in Cologne, I was developing a Product Placement strategy for Nike athletes and influencers.

    I started my career in the music industry at Good Groove Music in Frankfurt am Main, learning the basics of running an independent record label and booking agency for electronic artists. Besides managing the imprints Frisbee Tracks and Multicolor Recordings, I was also in charge of the booking for Acts like Sieg über die Sonne, Vanguard, Atom TM, Good Groove or Paul Brtschitsch.
